Digital Healthcare Services
Digital healthcare systems have the massive potential to increase the ability of service providers to accurately diagnose and treat disease and to maximize the delivery of health care for the beneficiaries.
24/7 Digital HealthCare
All beneficiaries will be able to get telemedicine services including e-prescription through consultation with a doctor 24 hours a day, seven days a week via the Daktarbhai app or by calling 16643.
Micro Health Insurance
All beneficiaries will get CASH BACK support for Inpatient (Hospitalization) and Outpatient services in the form of Hospitalization Insurance Coverage (IPD) and Outpatient Insurance Coverage (OPD) respectively. They also will get support for life insurance coverage.
Health Scheme Voucher
In addition to Digital Healthcare and Micro Health Insurance Services, some of the selected beneficiaries will get cashless support for Inpatient (Hospitalization), Outpatient services including medication and diagnostic services by exchanging health scheme voucher.
Strengthening Urban Healthcare System
The project will provide technical support to Narayanganj City Corporation (NCC) for the internalization of digital health care and micro-insurance services. NCC and the project jointly will assess the gaps, opportunities, and capacity of NCC considering health service and digitalization.
